Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

The NP will work collaboratively with nephrologists to provide comprehensive care for patients with chronic kidney disease, dialysis patients, and those requiring inpatient consults. The role includes outpatient clinic visits, dialysis rounding, and inpatient coverage, with opportunities to develop long-term patient relationships. You will be counseling patients and their families and interacting with social workers. You will research the latest treatments, innovations and advances in the medical industry related to your patients and their medical diagnoses.
