AT A GLANCE The Director, Data Analytics is a crucial role within our organization, requiring work in various capacities and adaptation to different work arrangements based on the needs set by business. The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling their job duties in the following work arrangements.

office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the data analytics team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Develop, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive data analytics strategies that drive measurable business impact.
Collaborate closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to define data requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
Oversee the collection, integration, analysis, and interpretation of data from diverse sources to ensure high‑quality, actionable insights.
Lead the development and maintenance of advanced data models, algorithms, and statistical methodologies to support complex analytical needs.
Present complex findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior executives and internal and external stakeholders with clarity and influence.
Manage multiple teams and projects concurrently, ensuring effective prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery excellence.
Strategically build, develop, and retain high‑caliber analytics teams by setting and maintaining rigorous performance standards and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Stay current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis to ensure the team remains at the forefront of analytics innovation.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., data science, statistics, computer science) or equivalent experience.
Extensive experience in data analysis, modeling, statistical methodologies, and agile frameworks.
Proven leadership experience in managing a data analytics team.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
Strategic thinking and ability to align data analytics with business objectives.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting base salary: $150,000 – $170,000
Bonus percentage (details available on request)
