C.H. Robinson is looking for a Business Intelligence Developer who will turn data into clear, actionable insights that improve business operations and support commercial success. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that help teams better understand performance across CRMs, sales enablement initiatives, sales pipeline activity, and broader commercial enablement efforts. You will assess business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that make complex information easy to understand and act on. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with strong communication skills to influence decisions across the organization.

In this role, you will engage with peers on-site two days a week, igniting creativity and driving impactful results. With the flexibility for remote work 3 days a week, this role strikes the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.

Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Partner with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and develop business intelligence solutions that drive insight Build impactful business intelligence solutions that transform data into clear, actionable insights Create dynamic dashboards, visualizations, and reports that help teams make smarter, faster decisions Turn business needs into scalable technical solutions, data models, and reporting strategies Develop, optimize, and maintain queries, analytics tools, and BI platforms for performance and usability Deliver compelling insights and presentations that influence decisions across all levels of the organization Drive continuous improvement by enhancing existing solutions and implementing best practices in analytics and reporting Support innovative, data-driven strategies that improve operations, customer experiences, and supply chain outcomes Build strong relationships with stakeholders, consult on business needs, and bring analytical solutions to life Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture while helping shape the future of reporting and analytics Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of analytics experience developing business solutions using comprehensive, robust data assets Familiarity with Agile Experience with data visualization tools, including, Power B and SQL querying Ability to travel up to 10% Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Logistics and supply chain experience Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, and strong working proficiency with the broader MS Office Suite of programs Experience working with product teams in an iterative environment Strong understanding of data fundamentals and passion for data integrity, testing, and validation Experience using Python to support data analysis, automation, or business intelligence solutions Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders Values a diverse and inclusive work environment We will review applications for this role on an ongoing basis and encourage all interested candidates to apply at their earliest convenience.
Compensation Range $66,300.00 - $139,700.00
The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
