Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management: Lead all aspects of analytics project portfolios, ensuring alignment with business strategies and providing regular updates to partners on progress and challenges.
Strategic Consulting: Align data infrastructure, analytics, and business goals to deliver actionable insights. Collaborate with partners and team members to define project scope, gather requirements, and prioritize work you are doing.
Customer Success: Act as a liaison with team members, driving success by leading critical moments in the customer lifecycle and delivering business reviews.
Delivery Expertise: Build and maintain metrics and Power BI dashboards to support key business decisions. Create automation and visualizations to scale operations to measure success.
Agile Framework: Implement and lead Agile processes, coach teams, and ensure consistent updates and feedback on projects.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in statistics, mathematics, engineering, or business analytics)
3+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or project management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and drive business solutions.
Expertise in business analytics, performance evaluation, and data‑driven decision‑making.
Proven ability to influence team members, prioritize, and deliver results in fast‑paced environments.
Strong presentation skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and influencing decision‑making through clear, data‑driven insights.
Advanced SQL, SAS, Power BI, Tableau or other analytic tools
Knowledge of Digital Performance measurement and Marketing Campaigns (execution & reporting) at scale
Skills that Will Help You Stand Out
Retirement/financial services industry experience preferred.
Specifically, knowledge of retirement/financial service retail products
Advanced understanding of data modeling, data integration, SQL, SAS, and Power BI
Integration amongst CRM tools
Experience working with Digital Performance measurements and Marketing Campaigns (execution & reporting) at scale preferred
Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non‑sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non‑Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$85,000 - $134,000 / year
Salary Details The following locations are examples of market‑specific salary ranges across different geographies.
Wichita, KS: $85,000 - $100,000 / year
Des Moines, IA: $90,000 - $105,000 / year
Charlotte, NC: $95,000 - $110,000 / year
Chicago/Minneapolis: $104,000 - $122,000 / year
Los Angeles/New York City: $112,000 - $134,000 / year
Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short‑term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environment This role offers in‑office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, Raleigh, NC, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
Hours This role will partner with our global teams and has an expectation for flexibility in your work schedule to have a regular start time around 7:30am CST a few days a week.
