We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals for a 1099 life insurance agent opportunity. This is a commission-only role for individuals who want to build a business with flexibility, strong support, and clear growth opportunities.

In this role, you will connect with individuals who have requested information about life insurance, help them understand their options, and guide them toward solutions that fit their needs. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are driven, people-oriented, and excited to grow in a performance-based environment.

• Connect with prospective clients who have requested information about life insurance
• Help clients assess their needs and understand available coverage options
• Provide personalized guidance with honesty, transparency, and professionalism
• Build strong client relationships and deliver a high level of service
• Follow a proven process with training, coaching, and team support
• Stay current on products, industry updates, and licensing requirements
• Work independently while collaborating with mentors and team leaders
• Build your book of business over time, with opportunities for professional growth

We do not leave new agents to figure it out on their own. You will be trained on a proven system designed to help you build confidence, develop the right habits, and start strong. New agents receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and access to team support so they can learn the process, stay accountable, and continue improving over time.

A life insurance license is required for this role. If you are not currently licensed, we provide training and support to help you complete the licensing process.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-only compensation. Many first-year agents earn $45,000–$65,000, and higher earnings are possible based on performance, production, and consistency. Top-performing agents may earn $100,000+.
