Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and follow-up on potential customers
  • Guide clients through the insurance purchasing process, ensuring they have the right coverage
  • Handle policy binding and ensure all documentation is processed correctly
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries and policy updates
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals

Requirements
  • Must have a valid Insurance License or be willing to obtain one.
  • Strong sales and communication skills with a passion for helping customers
