Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and current clients seeking insurance and financial guidance.

Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance products, including auto, home, life, and financial services.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.

Conduct needs analyses and present tailored solutions to meet individual and family financial goals.

Collaborate with the agency owner to strategize growth and client engagement.

Process applications, manage policy changes, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Valid Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain quickly).

Valid Illinois Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain quickly).

Adept at building rapport and communicating effectively with diverse individuals.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry.

Comfortable using technology for client communication and record-keeping.
