Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through various strategies, including networking and referrals.

Client Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs.

Product Presentation: Effectively present and explain Farmers Insurance products and services to potential customers.

Plan Customization: Design custom insurance plans tailored to individual customer requirements.

Policy Management: Assist clients with policy renewals, adjustments, and claims whenever necessary.

Client Support: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns with professionalism.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with state insurance regulations and market trends to best inform and serve clients.


Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales is a strong advantage but not required.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Customer Focused: A strong passion for delivering top-notch customer service and building client relationships.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales.

Goal Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
