First-year total compensation typically ranges from $60,000$80,000, with our top performers earning over $100,000 annually.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs.
  • Present and explain insurance policies and coverage options clearly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Process applications and manage policy details accurately.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to share best practices and insights.

Requirements
  • Sales experience, preferably in insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong desire to help people protect their assets
  • Intrinsically driven to be successful
  • Comfortable working in an office environment
  • Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses
  • Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth
