*Summary*
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Community Health Centers, Inc. Mary Mahoney. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care and support to patients, ensuring their health and well-being while contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare.
*Responsibilities*
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor and record vital signs and patient health status.
* MEDICAL MARIJUANA NOT ACCEPTED. Must be able to pass a urine drug screen and background check.
* Provide primary care support including patient education and counseling.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
*Requirements*
* Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
* Experience in a healthcare setting preferred, especially in primary care or nursing homes.
* Strong skills in vital signs monitoring and diagnostic evaluation.
* Ability to document medical information accurately and thoroughly.
* Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
