Responsibilities:
Responsible for support and resolution of all helpdesk requests in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, remote and/or in-person Responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all computer hardware including but not limited to servers, personal computers, printers, phones (desk and mobile), faxes, projectors, videoconference and teleconference equipment Responsible for computer hardware roll outs, transfers, inventory, and upgrades Responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting all software including but not limited to Microsoft business products (Windows Server, SQL Server, Windows 11, Office 365/M365), anti-virus/anti-spam/anti-spyware products, videoconference, teleconference, and telecommunication products, other business applications Responsible for software roll outs, transfers, inventory, and upgrades Responsible for system back-ups and recovery for NY offices Responsible for both physical and electronic system security NY offices Project Lead for all IT related projects involving the New York offices Responsible for creating and/or maintaining installation and configuration procedures for the New York offices Responsible for maintaining IT systems and procedure standards for the New York offices Responsible for creating, coordinating, and executing IT scheduled maintenance plans for the New York offices Responsible for daily system monitoring of all servers in the New York offices including but not limited to hardware and software integrity checks, resource utilization, event and application logs, scheduled job completion Essential Skills and Experience
:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the computer or information technology field Three years of technical experience with Microsoft business products Strong communication skills (written and oral) in order to effectively communicate and report information to all levels of the Company Ability to remain current on applicable technology Thorough knowledge of information systems concepts and terminology Strong work ethic with an emphasis on service and quality Ability to function as an effective team member Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Willingness to travel to Revman facilities as needed Motivated self-starter with initiative Ability to handle confidential information Ability to prioritize work and answer questions related to work assignments Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented and have the ability to perform the job under a moderate level of stress Ability to work with minimal supervision on a daily basis
