Über
Lead pricing analysis and decision support across the e‑commerce store, including developing hypotheses, evaluating scenarios, and recommending actions. Design, execute, and analyze pricing tests; measure impact and iterate based on results. Evaluate how adjacent levers—such as promotions, product ranking and exposure—interact with pricing to influence revenue and profitability. Define pricing logic and translate decisions into implemented changes within pricing systems and tools. Monitor pricing performance and business outcomes, surfacing insights and refining approaches over time. Build and maintain data models and dashboards to enable self‑service insights and ongoing visibility into pricing performance. Partner with Product & Engineering to inform pricing capabilities, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to evaluate and refine pricing approaches. Desired Skills and Experience
Proven experience delivering business results in technical, business‑oriented analytics roles, preferably with a background in B2C e‑commerce/retail dynamic pricing. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive toward decisions. Experience evaluating pricing approaches, building scenario models, designing experiments, and translating insights into actionable changes. Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets; familiarity with Python or R for analysis is a plus. Experience building data models and dashboards to support self‑service analytics and business visibility. Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams, balancing business context with technical detail. Strong business intuition with a bias toward action. BA/BS or equivalent technical certification, preferably in a quantitative discipline. The base salary range for this position is $150,000–$175,000. Offered base compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographic location, and other factors relevant to the scope and responsibilities of this role. This role is also eligible for bonus or other variable compensation based on job performance and our standard benefits package, which supports employee well‑being and work‑life balance.
