As an
Analytics Solutions Senior Associate (Data Curation)
at JPMorganChase within the deposit controls team, you will support the development, management, and implementation of end-to-end analytics solutions to help ensure our deposit products work optimally for our customers. You will gain exposure to a wide breadth of business problems and types of data, while collaboratively working on a diverse set of analytical projects (for example: business insights, advanced analytics, visualization, descriptive analytics, and data engineering). Your development will be a focus throughout the program, as you will have opportunities to strengthen a mix of consulting, project management, and user-centered design skills via project work, mentorship, and structured training sessions.
Job responsibilities
Help internal clients develop actionable data-driven insights, solutions, products, and services that drive business decisions and enhance customer and employee experience at scale Manage projects day-to-day to ensure a clear understanding of business impact, scope, and requirements and deliver by key milestones Communicate within the project team and with stakeholders, and ensure adherence to risk and controls procedures Lead discovery work through a mix of consulting (problem solving, client interaction) and user-centered design to help the team develop insights and hypotheses Partner with analysts across the team to deliver solutions by providing clear guidance aligned to business objectives and outcomes Deliver supplementary exploratory data analysis as needed Communicate complex technical approaches clearly by developing understandable, actionable storylines and presentation materials for stakeholders, including senior leadership Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences across business and technology partners, including senior leadership Experience managing projects and using project management tools, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Demonstrated consulting skills to advance projects while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships Ability to work effectively in a global environment Self-starter with out-of-the-box problem-solving skills Familiarity with product management principles, innovation, or design thinking (for example: creating solutions with the end user in mind and agile development) Basic awareness of data wrangling, data analytics techniques, and/or visualization tools (for example: SQL, Python, Tableau)
