Job Description Summary The Analytics Associate Consultant is part of a client delivery team, responsible for delivery of GE HealthCare Command Center solutions. The Command Center (CC) solution helps hospital systems create and implement advisory and technology solutions to improve financial, operational, clinical and patient safety outcomes for healthcare institutions. The Command Center Software, “Tiles”, are used to dynamically optimize coordination of patient care.
The Analytics Associate Consultant will work closely with clients and multi‑disciplinary consulting teams and will possess strong analytical skills, a structured approach to problem solving, and experience with process improvement and statistical analysis. The role will also contribute to and support product development initiatives, applying data‑driven insights to shape, enhance, and evolve analytics solutions. In addition, the candidate must be a self‑starter with demonstrated potential to lead.
This is a remote position open across the continental US. The role will require weekly travel to customer sites Monday‑Thursday.
Responsibilities Include
Support the development and refinement of analytics products by assisting with requirements gathering, documentation, and tracking feature requests
Analyze client and internal user feedback to help identify product enhancement opportunities and usability improvements
Assist senior team members in translating business and client needs into analytical use cases, dashboards, or prototype solutions
Contribute to product testing and quality assurance by validating data outputs, identifying bugs, and documenting issues
Help maintain product documentation, including data definitions, process flows, user guides, and release notes
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (analytics, engineering, design, and activation) to support product build and iteration cycles
Work alongside program team to engage with clients to validate analytics, gather feedback, and support coaching on interpretation and use of Command Center Tiles to achieve programmatic goals
Contribute to the preparation of high‑quality, on‑time, and on‑budget deliverables by managing assigned tasks within broader client engagements
Support client relationship management efforts by participating in meetings with client stakeholders, including IT leaders and mid‑level managers, and contributing thoughtfully to discussions
Help prepare succinct, clear, and well‑structured client‑ready content, including analysis summaries and executive‑level presentation materials
Proactively surface potential client needs, risks, or opportunities based on data analysis or client interactions, escalating insights to senior team members
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering, Math or Statistics or related discipline
Formal problem solving, logic
Experience with analytic techniques: regression analysis, simulation modeling, timeseries forecasting, hypothesis testing using R, SAS or similar software
Experience programming in Java, C# or similar production level language applied to data management, algorithms and automation
Experience with Microsoft Office programs
Data management in SQL or Oracle, understanding of Data Mining principles and strategies
Hands on experience with data visualization and dashboard development in Tableau, Qlik or similar
Excellent communication skills, teamwork
Ability to travel minimum 75%
Desired Characteristics
Experience in outcome‑based process improvement, change management
Experience working in a healthcare provider / acute care setting
Experience in UX/UI design
Software: Sketch (iOS) or equivalent
Benefits and Compensation For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $72,000.00‑$108,000.00 Annual. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
