About the Role As a Flexible Sales Associate, you will provide world‑class customer experiences, surpass sales goals, and continuously find innovative ways to engage and attract fans (customers). You will work on peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays and high‑traffic periods such as promotions or product launches) and support store operations to ensure a smooth and on‑brand operation.
Responsibilities
Deliver world‑class fan experiences and surpass sales goals.
Create unforgettable shopping moments by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards.
Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours balanced by increased availability during peak times.
All other duties as assigned.
Complete a required assessment upon submission of your application.
Understand that peak hours include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches.
Qualifications
Results‑oriented selling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication with a sense of care.
Ability to charm and captivate a diverse audience.
Minimum age 18, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs.
Availability for 4–12 hours per week depending on business needs.
Reliability in stepping in during high‑traffic times or special events.
Compensation $17.81 – $18.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
