We partner with convenience store chains to improve customer engagement, streamline promotions, and create consistent brand experiences across every location.
About the Role Abierto is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to support our growth in the convenience store industry. This role is ideal for a consultative seller who understands the needs of multi-site retail operators and can effectively position a full-stack digital signage solution.
This is a hybrid position based in York, Maine, offering flexibility to work remotely while staying connected to our local team.
Key Responsibilities
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting convenience store operators and multi-location retail businesses
Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls to understand operational, marketing, and customer engagement challenges
Deliver compelling virtual presentations and demos of Abierto’s digital signage CMS and full solution offering
Sell bundled solutions including SaaS, hardware, installation, and content services
Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across regional and multi-site retail accounts
Maintain consistent and strategic follow-up to advance deals and close new business
Accurately track pipeline activity, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for new clients
Participate in occasional industry trade shows and events (limited travel required)
Qualifications
Minimum of
5 years of sales experience , preferably in SaaS, retail technology, digital signage, or related industries
Experience selling into
convenience store chains or multi-site retail organizations strongly preferred
Proven success managing longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Ability to sell integrated solutions (software + hardware + services) in a consultative manner
Strong presentation skills with experience delivering virtual demos
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a hybrid environment
Experience using CRM platforms and modern sales tools
Preferred Experience
Background in convenience retail, fuel & c-store operations, or adjacent retail verticals
Experience working with multi-location brands or franchise systems
Familiarity with in-store marketing, digital merchandising, or customer engagement strategies
Understanding of content strategy or creative services
