Software Quality Engineer / Scrum Master (m/f/d)

  • Planning and organizing meetings in agile software development (e.g., retrospectives, planning and review meetings, daily standups)
  • Monitoring tasks and project progress, as well as supporting project management in planning and resource management
  • Creating and maintaining software documentation in compliance with internal and international regulations for medical devices
  • Optimizing and extending automated documentation generation, as well as the build and test environment; supporting the team in efficient software and test development
  • Collaborating with experts in hardware, firmware, and software to develop a medical implant system and promote interdisciplinary teamwork

  • Bachelor's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in a technical field; professional experience in software quality engineering, software development or as a Scrum Master is a plus
  • Knowledge of the software development process and quality standards for medical devices is an advantage
  • Experience with C# .NET, LaTeX, and modern development tools; familiarity with DevOps and test automation is a plus
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and experience in agile development; team-oriented, structured, and independent working style

Minimum Salary
Annual gross salary from € 53,650.51, based on professional qualification and experience.
