Maintenance Planner - Lantic Inc.

SOMMAIRE DU POSTE :

Lantic recrute actuellement pour le poste de , entretien à la raffinerie de Montréal. Relevant du directeur, entretien, le/la titulaire du poste est responsable de la planification et de l’ordonnancement des travaux d’entretien préventifs et correctifs ainsi que des arrêts de production planifiés. Le/la participe activement à la priorisation des bons de travail avec les autres départements. Il/elle assure le suivi du budget de maintenance régulier en plus de justifier des demandes de projets sur les équipements selon les besoins.

RESPONSABILITÉS :

• Planifier, organiser et coordonner, en collaboration avec le secteur des opérations, les travaux d’entretien, de modifications et de projets ;
• Participer au développement et à l’implantation d’un programme d’entretien préventif actif et assurer la distribution selon les fréquences établies et la réalisation ;
• Faire de l’automatisation des systèmes sa tâche principale afin d’obtenir rapidement les indicateurs de performance du département d’entretien ;
• Mettre en place avec le département informatique des outils simples afin de fermer les bons de travail directement par les employé.es de métier ;
• Recueillir, compiler et analyser les données de performance de l’entretien, de bris d’équipement, travaux, etc. ;
• Participer au développement et à l’entraînement du personnel syndiqué et de la supervision de l’entretien.

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCES PROFESSIONNELLES REQUISES :

• Baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou électrique, ou DEC ou DEP dans un domaine connexe à l’entretien ;
• Cinq (5) ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire ;
• Connaissance du logiciel Microsoft office (« Excel, Word, Outlook ») ;
• Connaissance des logiciels de planification (GMAO) ;
• Connaissance du logiciel Maximo (un atout) ;
• Expérience dans une industrie alimentaire (un atout) ;
• Expérience dans un milieu syndiqué (un atout) ;
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches concomitantes et à s'adapter aisément au changement ;
• Capacité à gérer le stress ;
• Excellente aptitude en relations interpersonnelles et en communication.

Lantic is currently hiring for the position of Maintenance Planner at the Montreal refinery. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance work, as well as planned production shutdowns. The Planner will actively participate in prioritizing work orders with other departments. They will also monitor the regular maintenance budget and justify project requests for equipment as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate maintenance, modifications, and project work in collaboration with the operations department;
• Participate in the development and implementation of an active preventive maintenance program and ensure its distribution according to established frequencies and its completion;
• Take on systems automation as a main responsibility in order to quickly obtain performance indicators for the maintenance department;
• Implement simple tools with the IT department to allow trade employees to close work orders directly;
• Collect, compile, and analyze performance data related to maintenance, equipment breakdowns, work completed, etc.;
• Participate in the development and training of unionized staff and maintenance supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a college diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in a field related to maintenance;
• Five (5) years of experience in a similar position;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management (CMMS) software;
• Knowledge of Maximo software (an asset);
• Experience in the food industry (an asset);
• Experience in a unionized environment (an asset);
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt easily to change;
• Ability to manage stress;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• On site at our Montreal refinery, 4026, Notre-Dame Est.
• Day shift.
