Quality Assurance - Mid-Level

Looking only for W2 and candidates who are local to MI location.
What's the Job?
Create comprehensive test plans and participate in peer reviews to ensure quality standards are met
Modify test plans based on peer review feedback and provide input on potential risks
Collaborate with business analysts to verify that business requirements are complete and accurate
Develop and execute manual test cases, and support automation efforts when applicable
Engage in defect resolution, root cause analysis, and update quality management systems accordingly
What's Needed?
4-year college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on server-side components and user interface testing
Proficiency with Windows, Linux, UNIX, SQL, and familiarity with testing tools such as XCTest, UI Automator, or similar
Experience with relational databases, CI tools like Jenkins or TeamCity, and defect tracking systems
Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively within a team environment
