In Paraguay we are two Nestlé units: Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years. On the other hand, we are Integrated Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary

Experienced HR focused on ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment in compensation and benefits. Proven track record in leading payroll analysis, managing high-volume data (including promotions, overtime, and legal withholdings), and overseeing the distribution of corporate benefits and gourmet payment systems.

A day in the life of...

-Payroll & Benefits Administration: Led the end-to-end analysis of payroll updates and controlled the accreditation of L2L benefits and meal vouchers.

-Strategic Consulting: Acted as a technical consultant for Line Managers regarding settlements and severances, ensuring compliance and clarity.

-Reporting & Analytics: Developed comprehensive reports for Local HR and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support data-driven decision-making.

-Project Leadership: Actively participated in strategic mapping, area initiatives, and organizational projects to optimize HR processes.
