Job Description Summary
Time Type: Full time Job Family Group: Sales Time Type: Full time Remote Type: Hybrid schedule The Manager, Trade Analytics & Insights is responsible for developing centralized, standardized tools to evaluate sales performance, conduct data analysis and research to identify opportunities. The role works closely with Trade Development and Sales Analytics leaders. This role provides analytical support, sales insights, and helps drive category, channel, and market-based solutions across BBG markets. Supports implementation of analytics strategy within markets. This role follows a flexible hybrid schedule, with two days per week in the office and three days working from home. This role can be performed from any Breakthru Beverage office location. Job Responsibilities
Data-Driven Culture and Analytics Leadership
Foster a data-driven culture to enable informed decision-making, consumer-focused analytics, and business-oriented planning across BBG. Optimize the value of technology and resources invested in analytics within assigned markets. Provide leadership to ensure centralized execution of Analytics and Business Intelligence initiatives, including data governance and standardized reporting.
Insights and Recommendations
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations by leveraging internal, syndicated, and industry data to support supplier and customer strategies. Communicate insights, recommendations, and solutions effectively to stakeholders, suppliers, and customers using relevant data sources. Align customer analysis and insights with BBG and supplier strategies.
Performance Measurement and Standardization
Standardize performance measurement with key suppliers and customers, using analytics and insights as the foundation for discussions. Develop and implement external data strategies and enhance local analytics infrastructure while training state-level analytic teams.
Industry Trends and Growth Opportunities
Lead efforts to identify industry trends, growth opportunities, competitive intelligence, and economic drivers. Act as a subject matter expert on commodities, channels, and support corporate and sales analytics requests.
Sales Leadership and Strategic Collaboration
Support sales leadership by identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and developing performance analytics to uncover opportunities. Collaborate with sales leaders to address strategic business issues and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders.
Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field and/or equivalent training and work experience Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, analytics and customer service Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical system tools/databases (e.g., SAP WEBI/BOBJ, PowerBI, Connected Excel, TABS Analytics, Nielsen, etc.) Advanced proficiency leveraging syndicated (Nielsen, IRI, etc.), consumer, shopper research and/or category management data Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment For business continuity, must be able to work remote, as required Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in business, analytics or a related field is preferred (e.g., MBA) Professional experience in beverage alcohol and/or with major CPG company Physical Requirements

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills, and prior relevant experience. Compensation
$92,000.00 - $115,000.00 Salary Range 15% Annual Bonus Benefits
