Location Burlington, MA (hybrid – 3 days per week in office)
Position Overview The Operations Coordinator, Commercialization Analytics & Operations & Market Access provides support for senior leaders within Commercialization Analytics & Operations and Market Access. This role handles general administrative tasks, document creation, and offsite meeting support when needed.
Responsibilities
Perform general administrative functions to support the Commercialization Analytics & Operations and Market access teams
Create and modify documents such as reports, agendas, presentation decks, and communications
Collect and prepare information for use in meetings of our senior leadership team and other outside executives
Assist with contracting and procurement processes, as well as managing vendor invoices and payments
Coordinate travel arrangements within company guidelines and manage itineraries
Assist with processing timely and accurate travel & expense reports as needed
Coordinate/assist with onboarding of new Commercialization Analytics & Operations and Market Access team members
Maintain department files, lists, archives, etc.
Help to ensure timely response to departmental inquiries
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and vendor information
Special projects, as assigned by Commercialization Analytics & Operations and Market Access teams
Support team meetings and events
Working Conditions On site/in office 3 days a week (Hybrid)
Requirements
3+ years relevant experience in a fast‑paced environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi‑task and prioritize work
Strong initiative, organizational abilities, attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with management, colleagues, consultants, and vendors
Ability to work independently and be self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and sense of ownership over goals
Flexible and able to shift gears quickly, thrives on change and a fast‑paced, energetic environment
Excellent proactive problem‑solving and follow‑through skills to meet deadlines and shifting priorities
Advanced proficiency in Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
Salary The expected salary range for this position based on greater Boston, MA location is $70,000-$80,000. Actual salary pay will be based on multiple factors, including geographic location, experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
