About The Role As Monks continues to expand our Data & Digital Media capabilities, we are looking for a senior professional to support and grow our services in marketing analytics.
In this role, you will support both ongoing and new engagements by overseeing the delivery of actionable and impactful insights at the intersection of business, site, and paid media data. This position plays a key role in evolving our analytics capabilities while also working closely with client stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.
This is a
high‑ly hands‑on, client‑facing role , with a strong focus on building and maintaining data pipelines, enabling measurement frameworks, and supporting advanced analytics use cases.
Key Responsibilities
Support analytics delivery across client engagements, ensuring high-quality outputs and actionable insights
Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and workflows to support reporting, forecasting, and measurement initiatives
Understand business needs and contribute to the development of cross‑channel measurement frameworks
Partner closely with client stakeholders to translate data into insights and recommendations
Support test design and analysis to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Contribute to the development of new analytics approaches, tools, and processes
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and data operations
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (media, strategy, analytics) to deliver integrated solutions
Primary Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, economics, engineering) or equivalent experience
Strong hands‑on experience with SQL and data pipeline development (ETL/ELT)
Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (e.g., GCP, Databricks, or similar)
Working knowledge of Python or similar languages for data processing or automation
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Datorama, or similar)
Understanding of digital advertising measurement, reporting, and attribution methodologies
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment
Nice to Have
Experience with Databricks, Spark, or distributed data processing frameworks
Exposure to marketing mix modeling (MMM), forecasting, or advanced measurement techniques
Experience working in consulting, agency, or embedded client environments
Familiarity with AI/ML or emerging data applications
Additional Information
This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership and client exposure
Success in this role requires a proactive, self‑starter mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
This role supports a West Coast‑based team, so candidates should be comfortable collaborating with PST stakeholders and flexing hours when needed (e.g., occasional late afternoon meetings)
This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then‑current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.

Salary Range: $130,000—$160,000 USD
