What You Will Do Be the engine behind the sales team:
Keep the sales process moving from quote to close by supporting Sales Managers and Sales Professionals every step of the way
paperwork, tracking, follow-ups and all. Own the details (and nail them):
Prepare, review, and manage sales documentation, finance paperwork, warranties, and system updates to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a smooth customer experience. Coordinate equipment from order to delivery:
Help locate equipment and attachments, place inventory orders, track deliveries, coordinate logistics, and partner with the yard and service teams to keep everything flowing. Be the go-to for systems and reporting:
Use company systems to accurately record sales activity, monitor reports, clear general ledger items, and support monthly inventory processes. Support financing and manufacturer programs:
Review finance documents before they go to customers and stay up to speed on manufacturer programs, incentives, and extended warranty offerings. Partner across the operation:
Work closely with Sales, Service, Parts, Equipment Coordinators, and Yard teams to ensure deals move efficiently and customers are taken care of. Represent professionalism at all times:
Interact with customers, coworkers, and partners in a way that reflects positively on the dealership and builds long-term relationships. Keep learning:
