Sommaire du rôle

En tant quAcheteur(se), vous jouerez un rôle central dans la chaîne dapprovisionnement. Vous serez responsable de lacquisition des légumes de spécialité et des produits connexes, tout en assurant lexactitude des inventaires informatiques et la négociation des meilleures conditions auprès des fournisseurs.

Vos principales responsabilités :

• Approvisionnement et Négociation : Effectuer les achats de produits connexes, de légumes de spécialité et de fournitures tout en négociant les prix avec les fournisseurs.
• Gestion des Inventaires : Balancer les inventaires informatiques et assurer la mise à jour des listes de prix.
• Suivi administratif : Concilier les factures avec les bons dachat et assurer le suivi rigoureux des marchandises en commande (back-order).
• Coordination : Collaborer étroitement avec lentrepôt, la livraison et ladministration pour garantir une fluidité de service aux clients.
• Promotion : Coordonner les ententes manufacturières pour les promotions et produire divers rapports de ventes/achats.
• Salubrité et Qualité : Comprendre et appliquer les exigences du Code de salubrité alimentaire SQF

Les qualifications et compétences que nous souhaitons retrouver chez vous:

• Expérience : Minimum de 2 ans dexpérience solide en achats.
• Formation : DES complété ou expérience équivalente.
• Compétences : Excellente capacité danalyse, sens des priorités, autonomie et grande initiative.
• Langues : Français courant (oral/écrit), anglais fonctionnel.
• Informatique : Habiletés avec la suite Gmail/Google Workspace (un atout).
• Savoir-être : Excellent communicateur, capable de gérer le stress et ayant un fort souci du client.

Role Summary

As a Buyer, you will play a central role in the supply chain. You will be responsible for sourcing specialty vegetables and related products, while ensuring the accuracy of inventory records in the system and negotiating the best possible terms with suppliers.

Your main responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Negotiation: Purchasing related products, specialty vegetables, and supplies while negotiating prices with suppliers.
• Inventory Management: Reconciling computer inventories and ensuring price lists are up to date.
• Administrative Follow-up: Reconciling invoices with purchase orders and rigorously following up on merchandise on order (back-order).
• Coordination: Collaborating closely with the warehouse, delivery, and administration to ensure seamless service to customers.
• Promotion: Coordinating manufacturer agreements for promotions and producing various sales/purchase reports.
• Sanitation and Quality: Understanding and applying the requirements of the SQF Food Safety Code

The qualifications and skills we are looking for:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in purchasing.
• Education: Completed high school diploma (DES) or equivalent experience.
• Skills: Excellent analytical ability, sense of priorities, autonomy, and great initiative.
• Languages: Fluent French (oral/written).
• Computer Skills: Proficiency with the Gmail/Google Workspace suite (an asset).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communicator, able to manage stress, and highly customer-focused.
