We are seeking either a part-time or full-time candidate. Part-time is approximately 10-15 hours, up to full-time 40 hours per week.
Sign-on bonus after 6-month commitment, apply for details. There’s potential for partnership/ownership pathways, if interested.
*Schedule*
* Open M-F 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, coverage depends on employment status
* Open Sat 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, every other (with flexibility) regardless of employment status
* Closed Sundays and major holidays
*Pharmacy Environment*
* Independent community pharmacy
* Average volume: 200–300 prescriptions per weekday
* Strong emphasis on patient relationships and personalized care
* Experienced technician support

* On-the-job pharmacy management mentoring (prior management experience highly regarded)
* Exposure to independent pharmacy operations and unique programs not found in corporate pharmacy
* Participation in MTM/CMR services
*Key Responsibilities*
* Verify and dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
* Counsel patients regarding medication use, side effects, and interactions
* Administer immunizations
* Supervise pharmacy technicians and workflow
* Perform non-sterile compounding as needed
* Assist with adherence packaging and unit-dose programs
* Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA
* Provide professional, patient-centered customer service
*Required Qualifications*
* Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License in good standing
* BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
* APhA Immunization Certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong communication and patient counseling skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a community pharmacy environment
* Professional, team-oriented approach to patient care
