In this exciting role, you’ll report directly to the Kitchen Manager and play a crucial part in running our kitchen while leading a dynamic team of up to 15 passionate individuals. Your mission? To ensure our guests leave with smiles on their faces, making them the heart of every operational decision.

• Team Leadership: Support in recruiting and developing a top-notch team to deliver exceptional service.
• Guest Experience: Monitor and enhance guest satisfaction, creating action plans for continuous improvement.
• Financial Performance: Manage food cost budgets through effective menu planning and adherence to cooking standards.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and health regulations.
• Training & Development: Inspire your team by implementing training schedules and performance development plans.
