Senior Duty Manager

As a Senior Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our restaurant and bar. You'll lead from the front, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service, maintaining high standards, and supporting the General Manager in achieving operational and financial targets.

• Oversee day-to-day operations during service
  
• Lead and motivate FOH and BOH teams
  
• Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction
  
• Drive compliance with health & safety, food safety, and licensing laws
  
• Assist in training, mentoring and performance management of staff
  
• Manage rotas, stock control, ordering, and cash handling
  
• Step up as the senior leader on duty in the absence of the GM
  

• 
  
• 3+ years experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
  
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced food & beverage environment
  
• Strong leadership, communication and team-building skills
  
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  
• Garda vetting & police clearance background check is required
  
• Knowledge of airport operations or previous airport experience is a plus
