Champion the quality of UGG.com’s digital experience by rigorously testing web‑based UI features, ensuring seamless, accessible, and engaging customer interactions.
Collaborate across development, product, marketing, and design teams to shape innovative solutions, providing insightful feedback that elevates user experience and business outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement by actively participating in Agile ceremonies, sharing expertise, and helping the team deliver high‑impact releases with confidence.
Set the standard for performance and compliance, ensuring UGG.com meets ADA and web performance benchmarks, so every visitor feels welcome and valued.
Transform development tickets into polished, reliable features that inspire trust and loyalty in customers.
Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree in a software‑related field (preferred).
1‑3 years of experience in QA, specifically in web development.
Strong understanding of web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Solid grasp of UX and UI principles in the context of QA.
Ability to understand and communicate best practices to cross‑functional teams.
Familiarity with ADA and compliance standards (e.g., Core Web Vitals).
Experience with QA frameworks.
E‑commerce experience is a plus.
