Senior HRIS & Data Analyst

key technical and strategic partner within HR . In this role, you will lead the administration and optimization of the firm's HRIS platform, driving system configuration, reporting, and analytics across Benefits, Payroll, and HR Operations while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
You will collaborate with leadership to enhance HR technology and support firmwide initiatives, making a direct impact on operational efficiency and decision-making. The ideal candidate brings
six or more years of HRIS experience,
strong analytical skills, and
prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or a similar enterprise system is preferred, along with a solid understanding of HR data and project management.
This
hybrid Boston-based
role offers a
salary of $110,000 to $125,000 plus bonus
