Position will primarily work remote but will require ability to commute regularly to our Troy, IL office location.

What You’ll Do
Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
Grow your territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Build and maintain customer relationships through on‑site visits, calls, and emails.
Recommend tailored service solutions that help customers operate efficiently.
Travel efficiently across your territory (about 30%, limited overnight travel).
What You Bring
Proven success in sales as a service. A plus if you’ve sold in HVAC, food service, or a related industry.
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and results‑driven.
Willingness to travel and maintain a professional presence.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen required.
Valid Driver’s license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.
