Location: Remote within the United States, supporting East Coast working hours. Candidates must reside within 1½ hours of a major airport and be available for video meetings. Preferred locations include:
Mid‑Atlantic: Atlanta (GA); Maryland; Washington, DC; Virginia.
Northeast: New York (NY); New Jersey (NJ); Pennsylvania (PA); Delaware (DE).
Midwest: Chicago (IL); Indianapolis (IN).
Southeast: Dallas (TX); Irving (TX); San Antonio (TX).
What You’ll Do 1. Training Design, Development & Product Release Readiness – 50%
Design and produce training content (eLearning, microlearning, how‑to guides, FAQs) using modern instructional design practices.
Lead hands‑on video production including scripting, recording, editing, and motion graphics for product launches and feature updates.
Develop product‑focused training in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success.
Manage training readiness for product releases; align content with roadmaps, release cycles, and launch plans.
Build scalable content frameworks supporting AI‑powered tools, knowledge bases, and self‑service learning.
Stay current on learning technologies, digital adoption tools, and emerging instructional design trends.
Conduct needs assessments and ensure content meets user and business requirements.
2. Training Delivery – 20%
Deliver engaging training in virtual and in‑person settings.
Facilitate workshops and enablement sessions that build practical user skills.
Apply adult learning principles to create effective, learner‑centered experiences.
3. Adoption Strategy & Change Management – 10%
Translate organizational and client goals into actionable adoption and change strategies.
Provide training and development support to drive technology adoption and behavior change.
Partner with product owners and project teams to embed change management into rollout plans.
4. Stakeholder Engagement – 10%
Support outreach to build awareness and buy‑in for training initiatives.
Maintain relationships with training partners, agencies, and advisory groups.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop training that strengthens product positioning and client engagement.
5. Measuring & Improving Effectiveness – 10%
Use surveys, analytics, and performance metrics to assess training effectiveness.
Continuously refine content based on feedback, data, and product updates.
Ensure measurable improvements in readiness, adoption, and learning outcomes.

What You Bring Experience & Expertise
5+ years of experience in internal and client‑facing user training, onboarding, and enablement, preferably in the SaaS software space.
Experience with Product Release Readiness, roadmap alignment, and AI‑supported content design.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems, eLearning development, and platforms such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Teams (Webinars & Live Events).
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
2. Communication & Presentation
Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills, including presenting, editing, and proofreading.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and facilitate training across diverse audiences.
3. Strategic & Organizational Acumen
Expertise in internal communications, organization‑wide strategies, and aligning training to project goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio).
4. Innovative & Self‑Driven
Entrepreneurial mindset with proven success in high‑paced, ambiguous environments.
Passion for mastering new systems, applications, and approaches.
5. Attention to Detail & Integrity
Strong accountability and commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes with precision.
Understanding system data models and business processes to inform training and change management strategies.

Proven ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders to drive adoption and support.
7. Analytical & Adaptive Thinking
Ability to interpret data visualizations, usage graphs, and adoption dashboards to identify trends and actionable insights.
Ability to evaluate training impact and adapt programs based on learner feedback and insights.
Must be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities.
Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Education Requirement – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 3 years of organizational change experience.
