Production, Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

About the Role

We are a growing sports apparel company (Joma Canada – Darbee Distribution Inc.) looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our operations team.

This is a hands-on, multi-task role combining warehouse work, production, order processing, and customer communication.

What You’ll Do

• Print and apply logos, numbers, and custom designs on apparel
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
• Receive and organize incoming shipments
• Process and manage orders using online systems
• Communicate order updates with customers
• Coordinate with suppliers for customization materials
• Keep operations organized and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Good communication and basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve
• Warehouse or production experience is an asset (not required)

• $18.00 – $23.00/hour + bonus

• Expérience en entrepôt ou production (atout, non obligatoire)
