About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Bay Area. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of insurance sales experience who is eager to build client relationships, drive revenue, and grow within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Sell and service Property & Casualty insurance products.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to support retention and upselling.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Required: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license in California.
- Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a consistent ability to report to work on time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
