We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Coordinator - Mechanical Construction to support our construction team. This role is critical in ensuring projects meet regulatory standards, client expectations, and internal quality benchmarks from start to finish.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Review project specifications and ensure compliance with client requirements
* Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
* Manage QA/QC documentation and reporting processes
* Serve as the primary contact for all quality-related communications
* Conduct audits and identify opportunities for process improvement
* Train project teams on QA/QC standards and best practices
* Develop and implement quality assurance plans and strategies
*Qualifications*
* *7+ years of experience in commercial mechanical or plumbing construction (healthcare, med gas, education, institutional, or military projects preferred)*
* Experience with Testing, Balancing, and Commissioning (TAB) teams
* Proven leadership experience managing direct reports
* Experience on large-scale projects ($25M+ preferred)
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Self-motivated with a professional, team-oriented mindset

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
