You're comfortable working autonomously and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
You have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to accuracy, and a passion for seeing others’ productivity soar
You’re an “AI whisperer” who understands the secret sauce to getting the best possible outputs from LLMs like Gemini, and you love staying on top of the latest industry trends
Responsibilities
Oversee the day‑to‑day use of the Sales Team’s tech stack (including Salesforce, Gong, SmartLead, and Sendspark) to maintain clean and accurate data, ensure seamless integration, and enable maximum utilization
Generate reports and dashboards on sales performance that identify trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision‑making
Leverage tools like Clay and Zoho to help our Sales Team execute personalized outbound prospecting cadences
Maintain our existing Zapier and Gemini‑based automations and collaborate with team members to develop additional enhancements
Ensure up‑to‑date and accurate sales process documentation for playbooks and workflows, and work alongside sales leadership to identify additional training and resource needs for the sales team
Proactively gather team feedback and search for additional opportunities to improve, streamline, and scale our processes and provide recommendations on how to increase team efficiency / revenue attainment
Interface with Marketing, Client Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment on data definitions, lead flow, and overall revenue operations within the Sales tech stack
Required Skills and Experience
Experience in sales or sales operations, preferably within a SaaS company
