Location: Reston, VA. A hybrid working model is acceptable.
Responsibilities • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, governance teams, finance, and business stakeholders to build scalable pipelines and implement experiment tracking. • Maintain model performance, explainability, and compliance standards across analytics platforms. • Translate business needs into high‑impact data solutions, improving existing reporting tools and ensuring data accuracy.
Qualifications
Solid experience working with AWS, especially SageMaker in production environments
Strong Python skills with practical experience in ML development
Hands‑on use of MLflow for experiment tracking and model lifecycle management
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (training, validation, inference)
Familiarity with Domino Data Lab or similar ML platforms
Understanding of model evaluation techniques, including explainability and bias/fairness checks
Comfortable working with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows
Exposure to MLOps practices and deploying models across environments
Ability to work cross‑functionally with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Compensation Reasonable estimate of the current U.S. range for this role: $80,600.00 – $188,100.00.
