You will be the Hardware Engineering IPT/Technical Lead – Joint Air to Ground Missile (JAGM). Our program designs, develops, and tests the next generation missile that protects critical assets and safeguards warfighters against emerging threats. What You Will Be Doing
As the Hardware Engineering IPT/Technical Lead, you will guide a multidisciplinary engineering team—electrical, mechanical, structures, lethality, propulsion, thermal, materials, processes and environments—to deliver an affordable, producible missile solution. You will provide day to day technical direction, coordinate subsystem integration, and partner with business development, planning, verification, and customer representatives to keep the program on track. Setting overall technical direction for design, development, and test of the JAGM baseline and new subsystems. Managing the multidisciplinary IPT, aligning activities across all engineering domains and the global supply chain. Conducting trade studies, cost reduction initiatives, and affordability analyses while meeting performance requirements. Owning program budget, schedule, and resource allocation; reporting status and risks to senior leadership. Leading risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution processes. Organizing and chairing design review and verification milestones (PDR, CDR, Test Readiness Reviews). Overseeing configuration control, technical data packages, and documentation in accordance with LockheedMartin standards. Providing in lab support, analyzing impacts of new subsystems, updating Operational Flight Plans/Integrated Flight Systems, and qualifying sub assemblies through Proof of Principle flight tests. Acting as the primary liaison with suppliers, ensuring technical implementation is maintained at the missile level. Delivering clear, persuasive presentations and written reports to internal teams and customer counterparts. Location
This position is in Orlando. Requirements
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. This position is at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. Basic Qualifications
Experience in electrical hardware design for both development and production phases in aerospace or a similar industry. Ability to interpret and read complex electrical schematics for circuit cards assemblies (CCA). Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with a focus on process and quality. Desired Skills

This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret. Work Schedules
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Other Information
