Pharmaceutical Sector
Our client, a well-established and growing organisation within the pharmaceutical sector, is currently seeking to appoint an Artwork & Master Data Specialist to join their team on a specified purpose contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised professional to play a key role in supporting packaging artwork processes and master data management within a highly regulated environment.
The Role
Reporting into the Supply Chain function, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to printed packaging components, while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of master data to support manufacturing and procurement operations.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and global teams to ensure all processes are completed in line with compliance and agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end artwork process for printed packaging components, ensuring all approvals are completed within agreed timelines
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain teams including Material Planning, FP Planning, and Material Controllers
- Maintain and update all relevant documentation and internal/corporate systems
- Develop and manage packaging agreements with suppliers
- Support new product introductions and market launches
- Assist in the development and implementation of new packaging formats and updates to existing materials
- Ensure Master Data accuracy and compliance with global governance standards
- Create and maintain Material Master Data within ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Manage and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and recipes
- Troubleshoot and resolve master data issues
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support local and global tender processes
Candidate Profile
- Leaving Certificate (or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical capability
- Strong IT skills, with experience in ERP systems (SAP highly desirable)
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated
- Previous experience in a Supply Chain or packaging-related role is advantageous
- Approx. xcfaprz 1 year’s experience within a Supply Chain environment is beneficial
