Abel Personnel is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Financial Advisor on behalf of an established independent wealth management practice.

Position Overview

The Financial Advisor will:

• Develop and grow new client relationships

• Support and strengthen an established client base

• Deliver comprehensive financial planning services

• Collaborate with firm leadership to ensure consistent client experience

• Cultivate referral relationships with CPAs, estate attorneys, and other centers of influence

• Operate with a fiduciary mindset and strong compliance awareness

Areas of Planning Competency

• Retirement and investment planning

• Education funding

• Tax-aware planning strategies

• Insurance and estate planning coordination

• Gifting and charitable planning

• Major life financial planning decisions

Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) required

• Life & Health license preferred

• Several years of wealth management experience

• Demonstrated client-facing confidence and relationship-building ability

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of fiduciary standards and regulatory compliance

• Business development capability

Compensation

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Production incentives and long-term growth potential
