• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, and Life insurance through Allstate
• Work inbound leads and live transfers—no door knocking
• Build real relationships, not one-off transactions
• Hit goals, earn commissions, and grow your income
• Represent a respected brand with integrity and professionalism

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed insurance producers (or willing to get licensed quickly)
• Strong communicators who can build trust fast
• Competitive, coachable, and goal-driven
• Sales experience preferred (insurance, finance, automotive, telecom, etc.)
• Someone who wants to be part of a winning team , not just clock in
