As an Insurance Agent, you'll play a crucial role in assisting individual customers and a mixed client base in selecting appropriate life insurance products. This role involves direct sales, customer service, and client acquisition within a local travel area. The agent utilizes CRM software, quoting and underwriting tools, and communication platforms to support efficient sales processes and maintain strong customer relationships. This position is commission-based while being fully vested day one. Remote including local travel
Responsibilities
- Acquire and engage individual and mixed client base for insurance policies
- Sell life and health insurance products through direct sales methods
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction and retention
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage sales pipelines
- Use quoting and underwriting tools to deliver accurate policy information
- Conduct local travel to meet clients and attend insurance-related events
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in insurance sales
- Insurance Agent License
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
