IT Technician (Phoenix/Tempe - On site) Must have excellent communication skills Train new staff on all applications, IT systems & security Manage user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations Active directory domain management and troubleshooting Deploy/monitor endpoint security solutions Troubleshoot and resolve simple to complex incidents associated with end user applications, including but not limited to software, hardware, desktop computing, mobile technologies, password assistance, internet, network & remote connectivity, telecom & printer related incidents Available on-call to support the business after hours and on weekends Salary likely to be $50k-$55k base + benefits, PTO, etc Our client has a true team environment with everybody chipping in.
