In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain strong product knowledge, and support daily store operations while helping create a welcoming and community-driven store environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver an authentic and exceptional customer experience. Maintain strong product knowledge across the Duck Camp assortment. Support daily sales goals and overall store performance. Assist with merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining store organization. Support operational standards and accurate use of POS systems. Build genuine connections with customers and represent the Duck Camp brand. Desired Skills & Experience: Retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented and dependable. Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales fundamentals. Passion for the hunting and fishing lifestyle preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
