Lead ML Engineer

What You'll Do
Architect and deploy
production-grade generative AI solutions . Build and optimize
large-scale distributed systems
and automated pipelines. Ensure models are deployed, monitored, and governed with performance and cost efficiency in mind. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into real-world applications. Establish best practices and knowledge bases to guide future innovation. What We're Looking For
8+ years in machine learning, data analytics, or related fields. 5+ years writing
scalable, production-level code . Strong expertise in
MLOps, cloud platforms, CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration tools . Experience with distributed systems, ML architecture, and microservices. Bonus: hands-on exposure to
generative AI use cases . Compensation & Benefits (US-based)
Base salary range:
$108,000 - $210,000 , depending on experience and location. Annual incentive plan eligibility. Comprehensive benefits package designed to support your career and well-being.
This role is based in NY and is a hybrid role, you must already be in NY or NJ.
