Group Sales Manager

FIRE Steakhouse & Bar and SOLE Seafood & Grill, two of Dublin’s busiest and most prestigious restaurants, are seeking a driven and commercially focusedSales and Reservations Managerto grow private dining and group revenue across both venues.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with experience in both restaurant and sales management, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and understands how to convert enquiries into profitable bookings.

Location: Dublin City Centre

• Manage and convert a high volume of daily private dining and group enquiries
• Drive proactive sales activity to grow corporate, luxury, and event business
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to confirmation and final payment
• Maintain and optimise OpenTable, ensuring the booking system remains live, accurate, and commercially maximised
• Work closely with Operations and Culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Direct and manage a team of two Private Dining Coordinators
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual private dining revenue targets

• Proven hospitality sales experience within a premium, high-volume environment
• Strong commercial acumen and closing ability
• Working knowledge of OpenTable (preferred)
