Assist in development of WAM performance requirements documents, including coordinating specifications reviews, adjudicating comments, and providing document updates
Support the WAMS program team in developing program acquisition documents and other technical documentation
Participate in contractor design reviews to include SRR, PDR, CDR and TRR
Participate in the evaluation of vendor Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
Aid in the development of WAMS test plans and procedures
Provide other support to customer as required
Participating in operational testing and exercises
Requirements
Desired skills :
Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills and email etiquette.
Must be a proactive self-starter, work well independently and with teams in a collaborative environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, to include Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio.
Experience with Navy SATCOM systems to include FDMA, TDMA, MF-TDMA, DSSS, FHSS and CDMA
Experience with networking protocols
Experience with requirements management to include DOORS
Experience with the DoD Acquisition Life Cycle including experience with Systems Engineering design reviews
Experience with Integrated Master Schedule inputs
Experience with risk management
Experience in developing Naval and C4I CONOPS
Active Secret Clearance
Desired Experience :
Minimum 7 years with Master's Degree
Minimum 10 years with Bachelor's Degree

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
Salary at Highbury Defense is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $120,633-$148,997. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Highbury Defense's total compensation package for employees.
