Our client is a well-established, privately owned housebuilder operating throughout the Northern Home Counties, as well as the Surrey/Sussex borders. With its continued growth and new sites launching, they are looking to introduce an ambitious advisor to launch one of their flagship schemes in Wiltshire.
Working closely with a highly respected Sales & Marketing Director, this position offers the chance to take full ownership of a major development and play a key role in its successful launch.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience within the residential housing sector and a strong history of delivering an outstanding customer journey. You will guide purchasers through every stage of the home-buying process while consistently achieving — and exceeding — sales targets
