precision medical device manufacturing , producing high-quality instruments, implants, and trials for orthopedic applications.
The CNC Machinist (Level II) plays a critical role in maintaining production throughput and quality by performing setups, running multiple machines, and holding tight standards in a
regulated medical environment .
This is a strong opportunity for machinists who are confident in setups and inspections and want

The Work You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
Perform setups on
3- and 4-axis CNC machines
Operate multiple machines simultaneously, including:
CNC mills and lathes
EDM wire and plunge
Manual equipment and CMM support as needed
Monitor machine performance to ensure programs are running correctly
Make offsets and machine adjustments with minimal supervision
Complete shop work orders, inspection documentation, and daily maintenance records
Follow all Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and work instructions
Support safety, training, and compliance initiatives
Maintain a clean, organized, and production-ready workspace
This is hands-on machining work with accountability and autonomy.

What We’re Looking For
Required:
2+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to independently operate CNC mills or lathes
Experience using precision measuring tools
Ability to read basic blueprints
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred (Not Required):
Lean manufacturing experience
Medical device manufacturing experience
Machining trade school or technical training
Requirements are separated intentionally — strong machinists with transferable experience are encouraged to apply.
