IMS Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for an IMS Manager (m/f/d) working 39h/week to start immediately.

• Further develop and standardize the integrated management system, including process documentation
• Develop and execute an internal audit program while monitoring compliance
• Maintain a company-wide risk register and conduct internal risk assessments
• Continuous improvement of our processes and workflows
• Prepare reports on key figures and processes for management

• Degree in the field of Business Administration, Quality Management or equivalent
• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in process mapping and in implementing management systems in a multi-department organization
• Experience with IMS software implementation is beneficial
• Proficiency in English (C1 level)
